If in the unlikely event you find your product to be faulty. Please accept our sincere apologies, and return to us within 30 days of receipt of your item. We will be happy to provide a full refund or replacement. Please ensure you read and take care to follow the guidance within the care card that came with your item to ensure your product has a long and happy life. All replacements are a like for like serivce and cannot be exchanged for new or altrernative items.
Should you wish to exchange your product for a different item because you have had a change of heart a 20% handling fee will be taken from the original price.
You are welcome to use whichever delivery service you choose, but please be aware that the item is your responsibility until receipt is confirmed by Vape & eCig Store. It is for this reason that we recommend using an insured carrier, which fully covers the value of the goods, for example, Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Special Delivery dependant of the level of insurance needed and the value of the item.

Please note that once your faulty item is received it will be tested which can take upto 48 hours, once we have a conclusion we will then either contact you with our findings of send out a new replacement item.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
E Liquids cannot be returned for any reason because they are perishables. This is due to the fact that e liquid's are ingested we need to protect the safety of our customers and to ensure that there is no chance that any of our eliquids have been tampered with.

This also falls under the guidlines of perishable good and for the saftey of our customers cannot be returned.
Please make sure when ordering E Liquid that you are ordering the correct flavour and strength as the above policy applies to all.
