We have tailored a simple 3 step process to help make your online shopping experience with us as easy as possible.
The 3 simple steps are as follows,
Stage 1 - Browse the store and bag your items,choose collect in store as your prefered delivery method and then checkout
Stage 2 - Make your way to the store
Stage 3 - Pop in and collect your items (Please allow 15 minutes for us to complete the picking process)
We receive your order only moments after you get the on-screen confirmation,
All orders are ready to collect within 15 minutes of you placing it,

WE URGE ALL CUSTOMER TO CHECK THEIR ITEMS AS SOME ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED
Please make sure when ordering E Liquid's these cannot be returned for any reason because they are perishables goods. This is due to the fact that e liquid's are ingested we need to protect the safety of our customers and to ensure that there is no chance that any of our eliquids have been tampered with.
Wick / Cotton and Coil Wire,This also falls under the guidlines of perishable goods and for the saftey of our customers cannot be returned.
If for any reason the wrong items have been added to your order we will run a no quibble policy and change the incorrect items without question.
