DELIVERY PRICING CHANGES

From the 6th November 2016 we will begin a trial with Interlink and DPD. We hope that the advance service they offer will help you keep track of you deliveries more easliy and have your parcels delivered as a time that suits you. This should elimate waiting around for the postman and any more of those dreaded RED (While You Were Out) Cards.

The price of postage on orders below the value of £39.99 will remain at £4.40 to cover the cost of sending via DPD signed for service. All orders over £39.99 will remian free.

Please be aware that DPD and Intrerlink do all they can to deliver next day but this is not a guaranteed next day service.

To help keep track of your parcel we suggest that if possible and you have a smart phone please download the DPD app on the links below.

You can also track your parcel by using the links supplied by DPD in the email we send you when we dispatch your items.

You can also track your item VIA text Message if you have supplied us with a correct mobile number.

The collection time for same day distapch will remain at 4pm to again help us provide the service you are used to.

At the checkout there will be 3 options for the DPD services.

Next Day £4.40 (Free On Orders £39.99 and above)(Signature Required)

Nest Day By 12 Will Be Charged At £8.00 - Guaranteed next day before 12pm (Noon)(Not Including Saturday)

Special Saturday Delivery Will Be Charged At £13.50 - Guaranteed Saturday Delivery
(Signature Required)

We may for operational or insurance purposes choose to upgrade your delivery option. Where we take this decision this will be at no extra cost to yourself, and extra costs will be paid for by vapeandecigstore.co.uk.

POSTAGE POLICY & ORDERING TIMES

The good news is that you will now be able to order up to 4.00pm Monday to Friday for you parcel to be sent same day.

Orders placed before 11am on Saturday will be posted on Saturday Via Roya Mail.(Delivery SHOULD be on the Monday but sometimes this overlaps untill the Tuesday)

Orders placed after these times will be despatched next working day (Not Including Sundays)

Parcels sent to Scotland will Always be sent Royal Mail due to the high cost of using DPD.
